Our founder first heard the word while watching The Vampire Diaries, where it was spoken as a spell to summon fire. What resonated was not the flame itself, but the character behind it — someone who fought fearlessly to protect the people she cared about and never used her power recklessly. It was strength guided by intention.
That idea became the foundation of Incendia.
Incendia exists to ignite creator potential with purpose, sustainably, and protection.

Alexandra Ruiz is the founder of Incendia Social, an influencer management and brand partnership agency focused on scaling sustainable revenue for established influencers and performance-driven creators.
With over eight years of experience in the influencer marketing industry, Alexandra has worked across creator, brand, and agency roles, leading talent casting, building performance-driven campaigns, and negotiating high-value brand partnerships.
After identifying a lack of structured advocacy and long-term protection for creators navigating brand partnerships alone, Alexandra built Incendia Social to provide strategic representation rooted in leverage, sustainability, and partnership.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from California State University, Northridge, bringing a financial and operational lens to creator monetization and deal structuring.
To date, Incendia has secured over six-figures in brand partnership revenue for its creators.
